Os
indicados à edição 2016 do Emmy Awards,
maior premiação da televisão, acabaram de sair! O anúncio das nomeações foi
feito pela atriz Lauren Graham (“Gilmore Girls”) e pelo ator Anthony Anderson (“Black-ish”) na manhã desta quinta-feira (14).
Quem
se destacou esse ano entre as emissoras foi a HBO, com o maior número de indicações: 94 no total. Já nas séries,
“Game of Thrones” lidera, assim como
no ano passado, conquistando 23 indicações – logo depois vem a minissérie “American Crime Story: The People v. O.J.
Simpson“, com 22. “ACS”, aliás,
também está na disputa de melhor atriz e melhor ator de minissérie – Sarah Paulson, Courtney B. Vance e Cuba
Gooding Jr. concorrem, respectivamente.
Outras
indicações que fizeram a alegria dos fãs foram Tatiana Maslany, em melhor atriz dramática (pela segunda vez
seguida!); Rami Malek e “Mr. Robot“, disputando melhor ator e
melhor série dramática; e “The Americans”
e seus protagonistas, Matthew Rhys e
Keri Russell.
Infelizmente
o nosso Wagner Moura ficou de fora –
nem Pablo Escobar e nem a série “Narcos” conseguiram nomeações.
Na
categoria de melhor atriz coadjuvante em série dramática, as mulheres de “Game of Thrones” dominam. Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), Maisie Williams (Arya Stark) e Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen)
disputam ao lado de Maggie Smith, Maura Tierney e Constance Zimmer.
E
se não teve Lady Gaga concorrendo
por “American Horror Story”, Adele e Beyoncé substituem a cantora entre as indicadas musicais do pop: as
duas estão na categoria de melhor especial de variedades, Adele com o show “Live In
New York City” e Beyoncé pelo
especial da HBO “Lemonade”. A Beyoncé, aliás, foi indicada também pela direção do especial “Lemonade” junto com Kahlil Joseph.
A
68ª cerimônia do Emmy Awards acontece
no dia 18 de setembro e será apresentada por Jimmy Kimmel.
